Rates and Insurance

Therapy

My full fee is $250 for an initial 50-minute session, and $200 for subsequent 50-minute sessions.

I do not have any sliding scale slots available at this time.

Insurance - In Network

I am considered in network with First Choice Health and Kaiser Permanente PPO (sometimes called “Access” or “Options”). I am out of network for all other insurance plans.

Insurance - Out of Network

If you would like to submit our sessions to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement, I will ask for payment from you at the time of our sessions, and then provide you with a monthly receipt (“superbill”) to enable you to do so.  I will not bill your insurance company directly as an out of network provider.

Supervision

My full fee is $200 for a 50-minute, 1-on-1 supervision session. I can offer a sliding scale for clinicians just launching their private practice, concurrently working in community mental health, or who are LGBTQIA2S+ and/or BIPOC.

If utilizing the sliding scale fee, I ask that you pay me the same as what your own typical hourly fee is. Given that may be affected by a number of factors such as your own sliding scale clients, different insurance reimbursement rates, etc., we can work to find something that approximates your average fee and will work for us both.

Gender Affirming Surgery Letters

If we are not already working together, I offer these at no charge and schedule them as I have availability. Click here for more on what to expect. If you are already a current client, it is offered as a part of your ongoing care and there is no extra fee.
